Amex MR Home Depot GC "Sale"

I was browsing the MR site today and noticed Home Depot GC's are on "sale". Not everyone redeems MR for travel, so now is a good opportunity to get a Home Depot GC at a better rate than 1:1 if you trade MRs for GCs.

What is the discount?  Looking at http://www.giftcardgranny.com/store/home-depot/, you can get them at 12.5+% discount before any card rewards.
