Amex MR points not showing up

So I just logged into my account and am not recieving any points currently. I originally thought it was because I hadn't paid my statement yet but the site now shows the statement processed and payed but still no points . Is this normal or should I call up customer service?

Is this a new card? If so give it a cycle, I seem to remember it taking longer for points to post first statement. After that it becomes regular.

It is a new card. I'll wait another cycle and see what happens.

I also have this weird thing going on with my CSP where my first payment isn't due till August even though I got it at the begining of june...

Mr points take a full billing cycle to post. And my CSP showed like that. You received in June, 1st statement ends in July, due date in August.
