So I have saved up my Amex MRs from my PRG bonus and currently my everyday card. Is there anyway to use these points for a flight to istanbul, Turkey and Athens, Greece? I have a pile of URs and American airlines miles as well if either of those would work.

A simple google search of your questions turn up plenty of flyer talk thread. Anw, you could transfer ur points to united, mr points to alitalia, delta or etihad for flights to those countries u mentioned.
