Yup!
This is the main Problem.
I don't want to draw attention to this.
Not to sound cruel, but you keep pushing the preset limit ? I'm surprised that you don't understand that you've outlasted your luck. In all my years with Amex, I've never had a single charge decline and if I was going to make a "questionable" charge, I called to speak with account services for the heads up. As for MSing, I sure hope you aren't paying them back with the same product you charged. BTW, I read FT too.....so I know the 411.

I don't think that there is any way that can be done directly! And indirectly, no problems have been reported, thought the risk is obviously there.
Let's just say that I would NEVER "SERVE" one to the hands that "SERVE" me.
Yes, but I count that as indirect too, but probably the least indirect way! The credit card division do not know the source of the payment, however the Serve group can know the source and the destination, hence the risk.
And before anyone asks, MS is not to be openly discussed on myFICO.

I'll be sure to have them serve me a direct check made out to me or company.
This may be a dumb question but if your other cards have such high limits, why dont you use them for the 4k and up purchases instead of constantly going over a limit they set for you on that card?
