Pretty excited here. They sent the card out in record time. I got approved yesterday and they delivered it to me today. I had to have them update my Zync login to give me access to see both cards. Down side is that the gold card came with member since '12 year on it. ![]()

Yes, if you're an existing AMEX member subsequent cards are usually sent overnight.
Hopefully you can get a CSR to get the member since date fixed.

No product change. It was a new app. Now I hold both cards. A few months back, I called and asked about a PC and they said "no go" as Zync isn't upgradable, so I just apped for the PRG.
