Most times, I end up speaking with an American rep. But I do end up in Bangalore every now and then.

maybe they are trying to compete with CSP that has all US based CSR. I don't have an prg but everytime i have called with my EDP or BCE/BCP i have not been able to get US based CSR, usually my results with AMEX csr has been less than spectacular.
