When it comes to benefits, like Purchase Protection, Car Rental Loss and Damage Insurance, Baggage Insurance, Extended Warranty and Return Protection, do all the Amex cards, Credit and Charge, have the same terms?
Basically, if I want their extended warranty and return protection for a TV I would purchase, is it the same to use my PRG, BCP, ED and TE? Or even my USAA Amex and Fidelity Amex?

I don't know if they are all the same, but if you look at the card on Amex's website, it spells out what the benefits are for that particular card, including all of the things you listed off.
You can see all the benefits and terms for all the cards they offer here: https://www.americanexpress.com/us/content/card-benefits/purchase-protection-terms.html
