The last denial for the denial on the ED card was about 2 or 3 weeks.

Check to see when they last softpulled you on your bureaus.  If it is after your denial 2-3 weeks then I'd give ti a shot.

If you have an old experian/equifax/tu number, you can use it to pull a fresh report.

Yeah, I'll make up some story about going on a vacation and would love to use their card. If not i guess another company's card will have to suffice, lol.
