Amex SP declined, HP approved question.

I know that generally if existing card members are declined on a new app it is a SP and if approved a hard pull but is that true with co-branded cards as well? I have a PRG and a Corporate and thinking about applying for the Schwab Platinum Card. I can't imagine it would be declined but wanted to check anyway. Thanks.

Yes, as long as American Express themselves backs the card, it should only be a SP if declined and a HP if approved.
