Yup. I've had UTIL under 10% and had one card over 50% and got hit. Same UTIL later and none over 50% and got score back

Starting Score: 560
If I remember correctly it was about an 8-10 pt drop on EQ.
i usually let most of my card report balance since its new....let see how much different its with 1 card report balance.........
