Re: Amex Starwood product change?

Interesting. It sounds like blue sky is similar to discover miles. I wish platinum was like that where you can redeem on any airline.

Re: Amex Starwood product change?

Yes its works like Discover Miles with a few differences:

You can redeem at 7500 points instead of 10000

You earn 1 point/dollar (no bonus categories) uncapped

How does Platinum work? Is it only for specific airlines?

Re: Amex Starwood product change?

Platinum gives you 200 to use on any airline you choose but you have to select that airline in advance. You can not change the airline till Jan the next year. Your 200 credit resets every Jan.

Logged into my account this morning and saw the change. Looks like CL, account #, etc. are unchanged. I think this will be a better card for my needs!
