Amex Stopped Sign Up Bonuses?

I've been planning on getting a BCP and just this past week Amex has stopped the $150 offer that comes with it.  It looks like they have stopped other offers as well.  My question is though, how often do these offers come and go?  Is it a daily/weekly/quarterly thing?  I don't want to wait, but I will if need be.
