My AAoA is at 3 years right now, oldest account over 11 years ago. I've had the chase freedom since August, and I've had a checking account with them for about 7 years.
You should go speak to a relationship banker at a branch and see if you have any pre-approvals. That's how I found out I was pre-approved for a CSP.
Why is it best to ap in Janurary?

Optimum backdating. Your new card will an open date of 01/2012 (or whatever yor Member since date is).
So, if I were to get a new card now, my open date would be 01/2008 not 01/2013.

Try the Chase preapproval link maybe that will pull up any offers
It doesn't pull from the same source as the banker's tool does. The best way to find out is to go see them.
