Congrats Sanjeev . That is back to back great success from Chase for you. I know you were recently approved for the Select just a few days ago! Maybe you could have asked them to use the same report?
Was this the # you called? Chase: 888-245-0625 (Credit Analyst - Recons) I am thinking about applying for an increase next month too and wondering if I should call the CSR # (last 4 digits 7575) at the back of the card or the number above directly. Which one did they agree to pull EQ or TU?

Thanks, Mustang!
Yeah, I wasn't really sure Chase would giving me a CLI after just getting the Select! But guess what? I checked this morning and no HP! Looks like they ended up using the same report without me asking!
Yep, that's the number I called (888-245-0625). I actually tried to request the CLI directly from the analyst, but was transferred to Customer Service first. So, yes, you'll need to call the number of the back of your card first. If it isn't approved immediately, just ask them for the reference number and call the backdoor number. Now some analysts will tell you that it needs 7-10 days for processing. Not at all true. Just tell them you're concerned that they might be missing some information and you were wondering if your request could be looked at... I've done this at least 5-6 times with no issue.
I asked the analyst to pull EQ or TU. She agreed to pull TU. I guess she must have seen that there was a week old report from TU on their system, which is why she chose TU. They've very good about using the CRA that you ask them to use.
