I was wondering if anyone has had experience with using their Amex card for non-US currency payments on PayPal. For my Visa/Mastercards, PayPal allows me to pick if I want to use their currency conversion or my card's, while there is no such option for Amex.
I first charged a non-US payment and then a US payment to my Amex card. Both say they went through on PayPal, however a day later, only the second (US) payment has posted to my Amex account. Is that normal behavior?
