Amex approval question

Many years ago (15 maybe?) my DH and I had a platinum Amex.  Long story short, it was charged off.  It doesn't show on either CR now.  No baddie from a CA, nothing.  My DH was recently approved for a Gold Delta Amex.  I opted to not be an AU on it because the previous pl. Amex was in my name.  We have come a long way since then and our credit and financial situation has improved dramatically.  Do you think if I apped for a regular Amex, it would be approved? 

**Credit scores now in the 700-750 range with utilization around 10-15%.

AMEX has a long memory. Only way to know for sure is to app. If you are on the BL it will come back as an instant denial and there should be no credit pull.
