I'm not sure what you mean by "in Teletrack",  I know they have something to do with checking credit for companies.

They are listed as an inq twice on my EX report.  I called the company (phone# listed for them on report), and the company they said did the INQ, the original company making the request has no record what so ever of doing so. Even though they have no record or any idea why it's there, they won't try to remove it, saying they can't, that I have to request that action by EX, not them.

It's just an INQ so I guess it's not important.  I got ZYNC and AMEX Blue with those two INQ's from them on my EX.

Re: Amex approval while in Teletrack!

I was in the same boat. I kept applying for an AMEX account and getting declined because of a teletrack report. I had a high FICO score and no derogatory marks on my credit report yet they would NOT approve me. I had a small business so something told me to apply for the business Green account. I was approved. They pulled my personal credit, but they did approved me so I'm assuming because it is a business they don't pull teletrack. I really didn't want a business Green card since most of what went through my business was small and would not pay for the annual fee. I then re applied for the Zync and they would not approve me citing that I had not been with AMEX long enough. I called the executive offices after having the account for 2 months and using it and paying it off on time. I told them that I didn't understand why I couldn't have a personal account since I managed my current account so well. They approved me for the Zync and have been with AMEX since then. I've also just recently applied and received my BCE which I'm loving very much.

This is just how it went for me. Teletracks sucks!!!

Re: Amex approval while in Teletrack!

Teletrack is alternative cra and has lots of non traditional data, especially from payday loan industry. If you get denied because of Teletrack, go contact them no get Teletrack report and dispute inaccurate info. Have some patience as they aren't as advanced as big 3 cra in terms of dealing with public.

Look Teletrack up, they are in Georgia I believe. If you were denied due to something on their report, your denial should have their contact info. Request a report and dispute.

I have the same problem as yours, what I did, was I called Teletrack and I placed a security freeze, I send in a copy of my id, and $10, that was it, and I received a pin in a mail from teletrack, the following month applied for Amex and was approved.
