I'm interested in applying for the freedom or bce cc. Currently I have an auto loan I've been paying for 9mos and a Wells Fargo cash back cc with $800 cl ( had for 7mos) with 17% utilization. No lates or negatives on my account. Do you guys think I have a good chance of getting approved.
What other credit cards do you have, for how long, and what are their limits?
The wells Fargo one is the only one. I want to add two more cards to build a good AAoA.
So your oldest TL is 9 months?
No SL's or anything else?
Yes and yes

Welcome to the forum
My gut tells me you should wait 3 more months until you have a year of history and you should have scores now after 6 months of history
Do you know your Fico scores?
I would go with the Freedom personally as it's easier to get than the Amex. Plus, you can usually get it recon'd pretty easy through Chase if you get denied initially. Love my Freedom.
No I don't know them but I'm guessing it might be anywhere on the 600s

Before you apply if I were you I'd pull scores just to be safe so you know exactly what you should go for. IMHO
Amex EX
Chase EX or EQ
