Oh well, if I dont get more points I'll just have to spend and earn them.  Given my spotty history, (thanks Cap1), I had to go with Zync.  I probably would had been approved for higher card but I had waited 6 months to get foot in door and wanted to ensure that I was successful.

Current Score: EQ 678 TU 702 (Amex pull) EX 724 (Amex) CK 682 (FAKO-EX 684, EQ 684, TU 684)
