He was wondering if amex will honor his request by doing PC to either BCE / BCP or possible SPG .. His apr terms will remain the same if amex honor his request , correct ? Thanks for any info / suggestions will pass it along to him.

Thanks, if he could do PC to BCP / BCE from his Clear account , this would be a huge win for himself because his AAOA would remain the same without opening new accounts :smileyhappy:

Re: Amex clear PC to BCE / BCP ?

Just had an on line chat with AMEX CSR, was told that the Clear is not elligble for a PC to any of the Blues.  In fact, not elligble for PC to ANY other AMEX card. Only reward  benefit to the Clear is the $25 gift card with a 2500 pt accumulation.

I tried to find out if the card was completely discontinued, or if some restructuring might be possible.  The CSR did state that there could be additional benefits in the future, which gives some hope that the Clear/Phantom card, like the Zync/Unicorn, may still have a future !

Diners Club Premier MasterCard $50K / AMEX Gold NPSL / AMEX Zync NPSL / AMEX Blue Cash Preferred $14K / Bank of America Cash Rewards Signature Visa $15K / Merrill Lynch Plus Signature Visa $15K / Wells Fargo Propel 365 $15K / Chase Sapphire Preferred Signature Visa $10K / J P Morgan Select Signature Visa $10K / Chase Slate Visa $6K / CITI Diamond Preferred MasterCard $13.2K / Discover IT $10.5K / IberiaBank Select Visa $8K / 1st Command Bank Platinum Visa $7.5K // Home Depot $9.7K / Lowes $10K
