Is it easy with Amex to combine CL? Is it a HP?

Re: Amex combine

Yes, it's very easy to combine limits. No hp. I believe the card the you are moving limits to needs to be 13 months old, but i have combined limits and my oldest Amex card is just now 1 year old so I think it's very much YEMV. Good luck!

Re: Amex combine

I think you can do it online. I see the option under one of my cards and I'm pretty sure it is Amex

This.  If you are logged into the website go to Accout servies ---Credit Management --- transfer available credit to another card.  Like someone else mentioned, and I cannot remember which one, but one card needs to be at least 13 months old.  I tought it was the card you are taking the CL from.

Re: Amex combine

I have an AMEX Everyday card opened in November with a $25000 limit. Opened an AMEX Skymiles card with a starting limit of $2000. I had no issues moving some of my limit from Everyday To Skymiles shortly after new accout was opened. Did it online and was instant.
