I've seen a BOA Amex, and HBSC Amex and some others. But my questions is, would these places go by the same rules for approval as if I applied for just a regular amex? For example I know AMEX isn't BK friendly but normally HBSC is, so would there AMEX rule be different? Or just because its an AMEX, HBSC is no longer BK friendly? Do the rules change when a card has Amex next to its name??
