This has been around for a while. I don't think anything links to it though. 

I wonder if transferring credit would impact CLI eligibility. One could optimize a CLI by moving some credit around.

i just did this and got the "You will recieve a written response in 7-10 business days"  UGH!

Maybe accounts too new?  Or unsure why it would give me this -- is it instant if approved ?

Thank you for being our guinea pig. Maybe they have a credit analyst review the request to make sure there's no new issues with your credit profile.

Donor card has to be 13 month old and receiver card had to be 2 month old.
