Amex's sad attempt to make nice

Has anyone else received this totally lame mail offer from Amex to receive a free 2009 BLUE book set? It's an appointment book with the blue emblem in the center and mini scheduler and for $3.75 you can have them monogrammed. I guess this is their way of giving back to their customers. Too bad they didn't decide to give back all the CLs they have taken away lately.

The date books are first class quality. I have had them, loved them.

I have a Blue.  They have not sent me this cool datebook offer.  Where can I get a look at what this actually is and/or buy one?
