Amex said I CAN use anticipated income...

I used the online chat help and told rep that we had been inc'd in 92 but out of operation for the last few years. asked if i could use Anticipated/Projected income and she said 'Yes you may'. I'm saving THAT transcript...

It is the only real sticking point, as I launch this biz and get cards/lines, and I have detailed 3 year projections, but don't want to put down $0 on apps.

Hopefully AMEX will transfer her to the Finacial Review Dept, they only want to accept two year old tax returns.  Funny how the marketing department is so much more understanding about these things than the risk management department.  LOL.
