Amex upgrade offer

Thanks for the input everybody!  I have decided to run the numbers.

With the upgrade bonus, this looks like a good deal.  I'll upgrade when Freedom categories change and reevaluate after one year.

I checked today and I see a $150 offer for 1K spend. I'm wondering if I should upgrade and then downgrade. Do you have the link that shows the person who did this? Has anyone on here done this with any success?

Does anyone know if it's difficult to downgrade back to the Blue Cash Everyday from Preferred? Do you have to  wait a certain time?

Can you PC your BCP to the OBC??? Just did the math and that makes sense....

Seems you cant.....jsut talked to CS and if I could have seen their face(s) they probably thought i had three heads...
