Does anybody know how I can get back with Amex. I burned them about 20 years ago.

Just apply online and see what happens.  If they deny you, then recon and beg for forgiveness.

As mentioned, try applying and if denied, make sure to recon to explain the circumstances.  If you're able to get back in, that would definitely be a nice backdate

Yes, it would.

I recently got back in with AMEX after a long "hiatus."  Others have also reported success after a stormy past with AMEX.  If you apply and are declined due to previous relationship, it should be a SP.  If for any other reason it will be HP.

I was trying there pre approval site  and there was no offers for me.

There were no offers for me either, and I also burned them. Got approved anyway.
