It's good to hear Kroger is still responding positively. I've had my rewards card since last January. Started at 5K and got a 3K increase in July. I'm about ready to ask for another and it's good to hear they are still friendly.

DH app'd for card and was approved in July. He called for a CLI two weeks later (and got it!) but they hard pulled, even though they assured him it would be a soft. Do you mind me asking if your lovevly cli resulted in a hard or soft pull?
In our case, we felt it was worth the hard pull (he went from 6,000 to 10,000), but I'm betting everyone would like to know what their SOP is.

Thanks all! I called Customer Service: 888-257-6437. I noticed they did an AR back in December on my EQ report. I decided to ask for a CLI yesterday since it wasn't automatically given.

Oh, I'd like to check that. When I pull my EQ report on myfico, I don't see the soft inquiries. How do you find yours?
