Browse credit cards from a variety of issuers to see if there's a better card for you.
Banks are very strict on removing or waiving the AF. My bank of America Cash $32AF and Wells Fargo $25AF. Well two cards are being closed soon.
There is no card out there I would be willing to pay an annual fee on.

That might be true for you, but obviously for some there are cards where it makes perfect sense to pay an annual fee (e.g. BCP last year, if you know that the grocery spend is big, this was a no brainer. For $75, I got $1200 back, or about $800 more than using another card.)
But as always of course before paying a fee, determine if the benefits are worthwhile to you!
in 2 years of history i havent paid any af.
aside from my zync that will be due in september. ughh oh well.

Most AF's are associated with rewards and some AF's are worth it IMO

Some, but certainly not cards like CapOne platinum, no rewards, with a $19 AF, and other cards like that.
