Amex do no longer backdate AU's, however if AU from 15, then @18 can apply for his/her own Amex..as history would be of help.. I was added as AU and got same CL when applied for my own card... 7 months with Amex and 9 in the country, well I cheated the system by adding my self as an AU on a city card (as you get the same cc number.. Meaning it backdates you to when the original account was opened. Amex does not..
