Sometimes they send me a card via US Mail, sometimes they email the offer.

This time they did both.

Hey, I don't know a lot about bank cards but does imperfect's (SP>?? sorry) statement : "Treat them well, they treat you well back' mean spend a lot of money on the card or something else???
