Not a new offer.. I'm stilling working off my 0% from July '14.
I just received the it Miles last month and I have a 0% APR offer. Why do you ask?

Good question. I am actually curious about this for all of my cards.

Not here. I think you can ask for it.
They offered my DW 0% APR for 12 months on her Discover when she asked for APR reduction. It was a 1% drop on APR or 0% for 12 months.
When I called back in June (I believe) to sign up for the double cashback bonus, I was offered 0% for 12 mos. I accepted.
Yes.
I called on Sept 23 to call about a regular APR reduction, expecting maybe another 2 point drop from 18.24%.
Instead, the CSR had an offer for 12 months 0% APR on purchases, so I took that.
It worked out well because I bought an iPhone using Apple Pay Discover in the Apple Store a few days later, so got the 10% back plus 0% financing for 12 months.
I also added two BT offers of 0% for 12 months. BT offers appear to be sitting daily on my account with "Expires today!" everyday, so the Discover card is back in action as something of a workhorse.
