Any Luck with GE and APR decrease?

I know that GE is imfamous for CLIs but has anyone had any luck with an APR decrease? I asked and was told no refer to your card agreement yada, yada, yada. I wanted to check with the myFICO experts if that was definitive.
It's 10% higher than my 2nd highest APR. Anyhow, just curious?!

I think GE just assigns the same apr to everyone. Only use for carrying balances with a GE card is if there's a 0% offer.

Yeah never heard of reduction with GE. They are a retail bank so standard APR is high

Exactly! You would have to be hard up on cash to pay those APR's!
