Any Suggestions with WAMU/Chase.....combining cards

any suggestions please...I have 2 old WAMU credit cards in great standing....and one old chase card with a very low cl that i never use because its to little to even make the effort to take out of my wallet.....I use my WAMU cards more than any others i own,...no CLI..NO lates...the second WAMU carries a 0 balance as does the chace....i was told that i could combine these three cards if 2 of the three were 0 balance....

My question is do you think there is any value in combining all these cards...would i get a better intrest rate..or higher CL ..or would combining these cards help my FICO in any way?
