Barclays is no longer available.

 

And as others have said, the key thing to look for is the APR. If it's a range, such as 14.9%-22%, then it's not a targeted pre-qual for you, it's a generic page anyone will get.  If it's a specific APR, then you are probably good to go, although anything can still happen.
