Any luck with other executive offices besides Capital One?

Just wondering if anyone has had any luck with PC'ing their cards or receiving CLIs from other banks via the executive offices? I was thinking about reaching out to US Bank, as they refuse to review my account for a CLI without HP. Just curious.

Re: Any luck with other executive offices besides Capital One?

Just for everyone's reference - I emailed the US Bank Executive Offices yesterday and was promptly contacted by a gentleman who stated he worked at the EO. He stated that there is absolutely nothing they can do about CLIs without hard pulls and it's against credit card compliance to offer a CLI without a HP - wwwhhhaaaatt? I asked about PCing my card, and he told me that I would need to apply for another card if I wanted a different product.

... He DID however, lower my APR to 17.99%. Errrr. Sock Drawered.
