It's always the last Friday of every month; am pretty certain they kick off the batch process sometime in the morning and it just goes through processing till it gets to individual folks.
Looking historically today was the latest I'd ever gotten it, but being West coast personally after a long night, it wasn't even noticable heh, but for me it's always come between 10 am and 11:30 EST.
