Any way to get Cap 1 to report before statement date???

Does anybody know any tricks to get Cap 1 to report outside of the usual statement date?

I've heard that with some CCCs, you  can update your address and that will spark an update to CRAs.

If nothing else, would a rapid rescore by a mortgage broker do the trick?

Ask them. lol

I've never had a reason to do this, so I don't know, but I would just ask them. They'll probably say no, then you'll have to call one of the backdoor numbers.

Yeah, you can ask them to do an out of cycle update to the CRAs.   YMMV on whether they'll actually understand what you are asking them to do, or whether they can even do it.....

Rapid rescore is a service that is offered thru loan officers/mortgage brokers ~ it usually costs $50 or so I believe......
