Anybody have Santander Bravo MC?

Despite the annual fee, it seems like a good card, but I've heard horror stories about Santander's CS (their car loan servicing at least).

Does anyone have this card?

The credit card seems to be very prime unlike the auto lending devision.

You can't speak with an underwriter

It's manual, slow process

they seem to be not baddie friendly at all and inq sensitive.

I don't have it, but why do you want it when you have the AARP card and Blue Cash Preferred? You already have the Bravo categories covered, unless you just want a MasterCard where you can't use American Express. They pull Experian and said they don't pull anything else so I didn't get it.
