I had a Chase United MileagePlus card back in 2002, which I really was irresponsible with. I screwed things up badly and they closed my card. I did repay what I owed them, but I know they put me on their blacklist. In a year or so, after my current baddies fall off, I'd like to get a Chase Freedom card for the 5% categories, but I'm concerned that I won't be off their blacklist by then. Does anybody have any idea how this works? Thanks.
