Anyone Black Listed by Citi Approved Lately

I was black listed  by Citi even though I paid in full my old account in 2008.  Fell behind 4 months and in a few months later, charge off.  I think it was near year end and they wanted to clean house of a small amount. 

I have been turned down a number of times in the past 18 months each time I try to apply for a CC.  I want to apply again but I don't know if any of us will ever get approved by them who fell delinquent.  It wasn't even bankruptcy, just paid slow, charge off then paid in full.  

Has anyone who felt they were previously black listed

More reasons why you should wait until MARCH 2013.

Are they on your reports?  You may have to wait until they fall off.  I charged off Citibank too (paid/settled) but now have 5 (if you count the gas card) cards with them.
