Anyone could explain discover deal and shop discover difference??

If your talking the 5% for shopping online and 5% for using the shop Discover porthole.  By using the porthole you would get 10% the way I understand it for using both.

They are the same, just a name change.

Shopdiscover is older. Then they changed it to Discover deals. I do not have a clue why they still have both. Though personally I prefer Shopdiscover as I think it has more no. of offers.
