Anyone had any luck getting interest rates reduced?
Since the new credit act has anyone had any luck getting there credit card interest rates reduced? I remember the day when you could call customer service and say hey would you consider reducing my interest rates to better compete with some of my other credit cards...
I called one of my credit card companies today and they told me I would have to wait 6 month after the credit card act took place (Feb - 27) before they would consider anything. Anyone else getting the same message?

Just called Chase and Discover this morning, got straight "NO" answer when I asked. 2 hard pulls for $800 CLI ($300 Chase, $500 Discover), I don't know if it's worth it.
