I k ow this topic was discussed a lot when the change over was made from Cap 1 to Citi.
i didn't know about the change over when I applied in April last year so I ended up with 2 pretty new tradlines on my. CR.
I thought I had read a few posts saying that Cap removed the tradlines for some. Wondering if anyone had it removed?
Is it worth trying to dispute the closed tradlines to try and get it removed?
is there anything in the FCRA that governs sold or transferred accounts?
Anyone send an email to Cap 1 EO office asking to remove the tradline?
