Anyone have a PNC line of Credit?

I'm looking to get a loan or a line of Credit for 10,000 - 15.000 To pay lawyer fees.

I Gross 4,000 a month

I have 3 Car loans Paid off

1 Current car loan with the balance of 15,000

2 Credit Cards Capital one for Year and half 500/CL

Chase Freedom 2700/3000CL 2700 on card Could easily pay off.

That should be sufficient...they pull experian i tried for one a while ago and was denied because of too many INQs

Id also pay off the chase first before applying.
