Anyone know a good recon for CitiBank Credit Cards

Hi applied for a citibank card tried a couple recon numbers from the list but no luck in getting any further or any more info besides that the application is still being reviewed, anyone have any number(s) for citi cards that they have had a positive outcome with when calling and talking to the credit analyst their. thanks for the help. appreciate it, I just found this site and am learning a lot already. thanks again
