Anyone know the minimum requirements and reports used for the USAA credit card products?

I was wondering the same thing.

How can they pre-approve without at least a soft pull?

I dunno; probably the same way all the other banks do it; subscribe to info from the CB's; lists of people who meet certain criteria, etc.  Not sure how they cross-ref that to a member # though.

USAA has a pretty good card but I won't apply until next year when utilization is better.
