Well, any good troll would, which is why the idea of IP blocking is so 20th century!   But... this troll should be easy to ignore.   It's more those deliberately giving bad advice, or giving false data points, that really do the damage.  When someone threatens to kill you and your family, while unpleasant, most people here probably don't take that as a good way to improve FICO scores...

Unfortunately, this troll the mods are talking about did give false advice to members on several occasions. This IS the worst of the worst type of troll that the mods are dealing with right now.
