Well... from reading it... the CLI was at Day 61, which would make the next 6-month mark at 8 months from account opening, or, right around the corner.

When was that CLI? You can only get one CLI every 6 months form AmEx (for any card). 

Plan your AmEx CLIs accordingly.

@Correct, CLI @ 61 days approved. Now, approaching 6 months after the last CLI.

I guess I can try...worst case declined and it's a soft pull.
