Apple Pay Locations?

I know that some thread had an app or something to determine which places near you accept Apple Pay, but I can't find it with the search tool. Can anybody help me out? I'd like to make sure that my local Best Buy and GameStop accept Apple Pay before I travel over there.

Thanks in advance for the help!

Re: Apple Pay Locations?

I was at bestbuy two weeks ago and they were not accepting Apple Pay. According to the article below they started accepting AP this week

http://www.usatoday.com/story/tech/2015/10/08/apple-pay-expands-bestbuy-kfc-starbucks-chilis/7361743...

According to their website game stop accepts AP

http://news.gamestop.com/press-release/consumer/gamestop-now-accepting-apple-pay-stores

TBH with you tho, I wouldn't buy games from GameStop. You can buy a gamers unlocked pass from bestbuy for 30 dollars and get 20% off new games for two years, even ones on sale, and if you preorder you get 10 dollars more back. So if you preorder and have gamers unlocked you get brand new 60 dollars game on release day for 38.

Both of those cover the stores more generally. I was looking more for an App with a map that says that this store on 123 Main Street takes Apple Pay. That gamers unlocked pass is really helpful, though!

this is a good deal.. Can this be done online as well and shipped, but assuming they charge shipping charges?  Going inside a brick and mortar shop aka best buy that is out of the way for 22 sayings on a game is just to big of hassle for me as I have gamestop on the road between work and home so usually just stop by there or order from amazon.com... Now if shipping was free that would change things on whether I used this gamers unlocked thing.  Time is money to me, but that is a decent chunk of change and worth the drive/time for others or obviously if it is real close of convient to a person.

Re: Apple Pay Locations?

As far as Best Buy goes EMV and NFC (Apple Pay) hardware has been rolled out to all locations, it is being enabled with a software update that is currently complete in the vast majority of stores, and will be in all stores very shortly.

Re: Apple Pay Locations?

Well, if you combine the two, you 37.6% off of new games. It might be worth it if you spend more than $193 on games. After the end of the year, you only have to spend more than $150 to break even. Of course, this assumes that Amazon doesn't have a better deal going on, which it frequently does so long as you're not buying games as soon as they ocme out.

If you're a standard My Best Buy member then you always get free shipping on orders of $35+, if you're an Elite member (spend more than $1,500 per year there) you get free shipping on everything, and if you're Elite Plus ($3,500+ per year) you get free expedited shipping on everything.

Re: Apple Pay Locations?

Shipping is free for over 35 dollars at bestbuy and no minimum. If you have elite rewards status it's free shipping no minimum, I think u gotta spend 1,500 dollars in a year for that.anyway, I don't think Amazon even comes close to bestbuy when it come to prices video games with the gamers unlocked thing, even games BB has on sale are 20% off the sale price. BB price matches Amazon and bunch of online stores also but you won't get an extra discount on the matched price tho. Now it's even better deal to buy in store at BB with the discover Apple Pay promotion an extra 10 or 20% depending if you have the double cash back promotion
